Consent and Release

By clicking the “I accept” button, I acknowledge and agree that Peregrine Energy Solutions LLC (“Peregrine”) will be recording certain meetings and other events and activities (collectively, the “Meetings”).

By participating in the Meetings, I confirm that I grant permission for the use of my image, name, likeness, and voice as recorded on audio, video, and/or photographs taken by or on behalf of Peregrine (collectively, the “Footage”). I acknowledge and agree that all such Footage is the property of Peregrine. I understand that my image, name, likeness, and voice may be edited, reproduced, displayed, copied, published or distributed as part of the Footage, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Footage. There is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on where the Footage may be distributed.

I acknowledge that the Footage may be used as part of marketing or promotional materials for Peregrine. I further acknowledge that the Footage need not be submitted to me for approval and that Peregrine will not be liable to me for any distortion or illusionary effects used in or resulting from the use or publication of the Footage. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve any Footage, the specific use to which the Footage may be applied, or to any proceeds which might be derived therefrom.

I, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, dependents, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasors”), in advance, forever release, waive, and discharge, and covenant not to sue Peregrine, its officers, directors, employees, agents, designated representatives, and its direct or indirect licensees and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”), to the fullest extent allowed by law, from and against any and all liability, in law or equity, including any and all claims, demands, known or unknown causes of actions, suits or judgments of any and every kind (including attorneys' fees), arising out of or related to any loss or damage, foreseen or unforeseen, that may be sustained by myself or my property, resulting from the above-mentioned use of the Footage.

This agreement is made pursuant to, and will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, as if entered into and fully performed there, without regard to the conflicts of laws rules thereof. I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement. No promise or representation which is not expressed herein has been made to me, and I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, understand it and am signing it voluntarily. If any term or provision of this agreement shall be held illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any governing law, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected thereby.
